Access Annapolis is designed to be usable by everyone, including visitors who use assistive technology or visit access points with mobility, visual, or hearing needs.

- Screen-reader-friendly headings and labels on all pages.
- Keyboard navigation for search, location cards, and map pins.
- Respects reduced-motion preferences — animations and the water effect are disabled when requested.
- High-contrast text against background colors throughout.
- Alt text on all location photos and amenity icons.
At access points
Each location page lists whether the site is ADA-accessible. Look for the "Accessible" amenity badge on location cards and detail pages. Accessible points feature:
- ADA-accessible paths and parking connecting to the water's edge.
- Firm, level surfaces suitable for wheelchairs and strollers.
